Securely pack the item with all tags and original packaging
Ship It Back
Use the prepaid shipping label we provide (for defective items) or ship at your own cost
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Exchanges
Want to exchange for a different size or color? Contact us and we'll help you find the perfect replacement. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
